Jacob was great to work with. My garage door needed re-alignment and repairing. He provided same day service. He worked until 11:00PM on a Friday to ensure I was satisfied. He communicated well, offered a fair price, and was very kind. My garage door looks good as new! There’s a few parts we need to ensure the door is functional, but I’m going to buy them and he will return soon when he’s in the area to install them. I’m definitely not a handyman. Thanks, Jacob!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m no big company and I’m not out to rob people. I price jobs as fair as possible based on size, time, and distance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contact has been made with a customer a date and time is set up to look at the project. Once we’ve met looked at the job discussed everything if possible a price is given but typically I have to price check everything and reach back out with a price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in construction for the last 12 years. I’ve done many things in construction such as painting, plumbing, flooring, carpenter, garage door technician and more.
