- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system has many variables according to the services we offer. How much packing or unpacking will be involved, how long the move will take, the distance of the move, number of movers involved, and so on.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
To be honest, I wouldn't look for the bottom dollar. You get what you pay for. We make sure all employees have background checks, maintain a clean cut professional look, and are properly trained before going into the field. You don't want thieves, thugs, or boys on drugs moving your property. Believe it or not, there are companies out there with untrained and careless employees.
