- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Spruce Stockade - $20 per ft. 4' Black Chain-Link - $15 per ft 6' Privacy PVC - $30 per ft Aluminum Pool Fence - $28 per ft Gates & difficult terrain are extra. These are prices on the 4 most common inquiries for us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our customer inquire abut a new fence and we set up an appointment with them (at their home) at a time that is convenient for them. Once there we takes measurements, discuss any details that may need to be ironed out, and give a rough estimate of what this project will cost. We get the email of the customer, then we email the customer a proposal within a day. Once agreed upon, we collect initial payment from the customer and order the materials. After that we call Dig-Safe and they come out to mark where the underground wires are.The materials get delivered to your home and we begin installation within 1-2 days of the materials arriving at your home. Once you're thrilled with everything, we accept the final deposit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Business Management / Administration from Mount Saint Mary's in Newburgh, NY. I have about ten years experience as a helper, foreman, and salesmen in the industry.
