- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can charge a standard rate per hour or price per piece depending on the type of work and extent of time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact, I would like to have a discussion over the phone to talk specifics and also so we can get a bit more comfort toward working together. After the details are worked out and the plan is set I will meet with the appropriate vehicle and equipment/manpower necessary. * I accept Cash, Check, Venmo, PayPal, or payment through Thumbtack*
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have certification in many different furniture systems. Such as, Trendway, HON, Allsteel, Maxon, Gunlocke, Teknion, Haworth, and Herman Miller. Along with experience in IKEA and other Residential Furniture systems. I am a veteran of 4 years in the US Army with experience in the IT and networking industry. Passion and determination are instilled in my bones!
