They got back to my project request quickly with an awesome quote. Scheduled an appointment for upholstery cleaning. They came out and decided they didn't have the necessary solutions (I was very pleased with their knowledge and happy they decided not to risk ruining the material). I was told they'd contact their distributor to find a better solution to use and get back to me that day (Friday 3/17) or Monday. Still have not heard back to reschedule. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our Inspection is absolutely FREE. Our pricing for the service is drawn from a industry standard that is required for this type of work. It is an estimating program that the insurance companies require.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We schedule a free inspection and estimate at their earliest convenience. Once we arrive, we perform a series of moisture and mold tests. We walk the client through our findings and explain how the process of drying, material removal and reconstruction looks as well as explain the insurance aspect. Communication is key!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?David and Elizabeth are certified with the IICRC in a variety of restoration services. David is our Master Water Restorer. He holds certifications in WRT (Water restoration technician), OCT (Odor control technician), ASD (Applied structural drying), FRST (Fire restoration smoke technician), AMRT (Applied microbial remediation technician), CRT (Carpet repair/installation technician), CCT (Carpet cleaning technician), HST (Health and safety technician - OSHA.) Elizabeth is also a Water Restorer Technician.
