- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is all inclusive of dumping fees. We give $20 for a one-time referral that does business with us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When bringing on a new customer, we like to know what junk needs to be removed. If there are pictures of the things that need to be removed, those can be texted to us so we can have a better understanding of what your needs are and what kind of truck we need to bring to the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a start up junk removal company. However, we have over 10 years of previous working experience in the industry.
