Introduction: My husband and I are a team. We are natural light photographers based out of Whitehouse TN. We really like capturing images that show emotion and connection. Yes, we will take some sit and smile shots- but we LOVE the moments where mom is tickling her baby, dad is looking at his wife proudly, or brother is laughing at his silly older brother. We love capturing organic and true moments. These images really let your personalities and love for each other shine. Your session will be full of playtime, laughs and cuddles!

Graylynarts is as good as it freakin gets! I spent a long time researching wedding photographers in my area and was hit hard by her work, she automatically went to the top of my list and we are so happy that she could shoot our wedding. After having the opportunity to meet, it was clear how her personality and passion matched her talent, she is a force! On our big day Katie was focused, professional and attentive behind the lens and so much fun during all the bits in between. Group shots were super smooth and efficient, then individual shots with my husband were just a blast. Through out the course of day Katie continued to bring a thirst and enthusiasm for capturing our wedding and what made that day so special for us, i know those images will be personal and we cant wait to see them. Photography was a big part of the day for us and having the talent and personality of Graylyn Arts entrusted with that responsibility was a dream. Thanks Katie!!

She goes by Katie and she is my best friend. She and Shane (her husband) took my wedding photos. She only charges for one photographer because he's just along to support his wife like a good husband should! Lol Katie is a hard worker, very timely with the session and she's funny. I've always had a good time with her when she does our sessions. We did our engagement shoot with her last year too when my husband came home on leave. I wouldn't choose any other photographer And it's not just because I'm biased lol She is dedicated to her work and to getting the PERFECT shot. She has never failed us!

She was awesome! My husband and I did our maternity shoot with her LAST MINUTE and she was so accommodating. She brought her husband as a backup photographer so we got double the photos... and laughter! He actually was the one taking candid shots while she posed us. They work great as a team. We will most definitely be going back to her when our little pumpkin is born!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I collect a $50 deposit the day of booking to cover myself in the event of a cancellation. the rest of the price will be collected the day before your session. You can always pay sooner!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will send you an email with information about your photoshoot. I also sent a little questionnaire in order to know you a little better prior to the shoot. I normally make a Pinterest board for each photo session I do so that any poses/ideas you might not be comfortable with can be expressed (sometimes people need a visual to fully appreciate or decide against a pose).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the Art institute of San Diego with a bachelor's degree in Media Arts.
