- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm very fair pricing I do understand that everyone has a budget and I try to work around that and factor in all things such as the size of the home the condition it's in what type of clean is necessary. I also factor in how many people reside in the home if there's any pets and how many. I'm a very fair person I believe in making the customer feel comfortable with the price and work. if you treat me well I'll do the same with you, and you will definitely be satisfied with the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always get excited when I gain a new customer because it gives me a chance to net work and get to know more people. All of my customers are different I get to know all of there likes and I try and incorporate something extra and special for each one.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked in the cleaning industry since I was very young I remember doing accounts with my parents when I was only 8 years old. We used to clean bathrooms at parks or foot ball/ baseball fields, we also had a contract for a car dealer ship that I always enjoyed helping with every week. I've cleaned for home owners, adult day cares, hippodrome theater, office buildings, restaurants, doctors office's, ect. I'm excellent with organization packing ect.
