- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to Mold and Water damages being extremely subjective we offer Three different types of inspections. General Ballpark- FREE - Visual Inspection of entire area - Infrared Inspection of affected area - Moisture readings based on Infrared Inspection - Verbal basic remediation plan to cure the problem - Verbal ballpark estimate provided at time of appointment General Inspection- $125 - Visual Inspection of entire area - Infrared Inspection of affected area - Moisture readings based on Infrared Inspection - Verbal basic remediation plan to cure the problem - Written ballpark estimate provided via fax or email - 1 business day turn around time for all documents *If SERVPRO® is contracted to complete the work the amount paid will be credited towards bill Line by Line Estimate- $250 - Visual Inspection of entire area - Detailed sketch of affected area (to provide exact square footage) - Detailed remediation plan through Xactimate software used by insurance providers - Detailed line by line estimate based on remediation plan and square footage - All documents can be provided via email, fax or mail - 2-3 business day turn around time for all documents *If SERVPRO® is contracted to complete the work the amount paid will be credited towards bill We work with ALL insurance companies to make this process as smooth as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gather all important information and schedule an inspection of the damage. When the customer decides to work with SERVPRO, we will work with the customer or the insurance adjuster to "Make it like it never even happened."
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
SERVPRO Production Managers hold IICRC certifications as well as a multitude of other certifications which can be seen on our website.
