- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to sit down first and discuss what type of event my client is trying to provide for their guest experience. Then we talk about how elaborate, complex and exquisite they would like their party. That will determine the type ingredients and produce we will need for the cost of the party.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will discuss what is the main theme or what type cuisine they would like learn. From their we will talk about their likes a dislikes. Them we can create a personal menu for the event. We can get as creative and elaborate as we like to make it a special memory.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
