Having worked with some of the largest names in the industry and consistently working with over 600 trainers and fitness professionals, FMG is one of the largest personal training management firms in the world, and we are excited to continue setting new standards in processes and workflow and continuing to exceed the industry expectations well above IHRSA reports.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? No, because everyone has different needs and circumstances. However, I always work with everyone to come up with a gameplan that works for both of us and still ensures you get the results you are looking for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to meet you wherever you are at and show you the best ways to get where you want to go. It's tough to say what that entails because it is different for every person, but every person I work with gets a number of free consultations and sessions to make sure we are both a great fit for each other. I know all my clients enjoy working with me for both the results I get them, but also the great relationship we establish, and that is what I hope to achieve with all my clients and potential clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?If possible try to find someone with a Bachelor's of Science in a field like Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or Physiology. A degree means A LOT more than a certification. Make sure the personal trainer is also certified through a nationally recognized organization like ACSM, NASM, or NSCA. You will end up paying similar rates between most personal trainers, but the difference in experience will make sure you get amazing results quickly and safely.
