What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have any additional fees associated with our services and pricing is based upon the level of work that needs to be completed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients can jump on a call to discuss their needs by scheduling time on our calendar or they can send their existing resume for a free review via messaging. Afterwards, will provide an estimation on cost and a timeframe for completion. Once they express the desire to move forward they will be invoiced for a $50 deposit to get their project in the pipeline and then invoiced for the balance upon delivery. We work with each client on whatever revisions are needed for them to feel 100% satisfied with the end result.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Resume Writers are CPRW - Certified Professional Resume Writers! I am a Nationally Certified Human Resources Professional and Behavioral Analyst with over 18 years of combined experience.
