I heard about Pardo Construction by word of mouth. I viewed one job they performed and was pleased with what i saw. I spoke with the owner's wife who was very polite and professional and told me when the job would start, when it would end, and what it would cost. All very reasonable. Franco did a marvelous job with the concrete, even using fiber-fill concrete to do the job right! When the concrete was poured and formed, it was cold out and the threat of freezing temperatures had Franco running to Lowe's to get plastic and 2x4's to protect the concrete, he said 'he would not be able to sleep if he did not cover it up', even neglecting his family to go this extra mile. I would recommend Franco and Kim to anyone else needing concrete or other work that Franco provides.

We had a concrete floor done in a building we have and Pardo Construction did a great job! Even though it only took them a weekend to do the work they kept us updated on the progress every step of the way. This was not an easy job as the ground had to be leveled with gravel before the concrete could be poured, they even made sure we would be able to replace the beams in the center later if need be. They did a fantastic job at a great price. Very nice people and I highly reccomend them for your next project! We couldnt be any happier with the work they done.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started in the Construction business 16 years ago then started pouring concrete driveways, slabs and other jobs on the side and now we are full time as Pardo Construction :)
What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential, Commercial and Industrial also we are fully insured.
