Introduction: Chelsea of Chelsea Mitchell Photography is a fine art wedding photographer and uses a medium format film camera to photograph her clients. "The quality of film is unbeatable. I choose film because people look better on film, skin tones, blemishes, and the shear dynamic range that film can capture make it my "weapon" of choice. I am a photographer, not computer editor. I like to spend the majority of my time behind the camera, rather than a computer. That is why I choose film", says Mitchell. She has photographed clients all over the continental United States and Hawaii, no distance is too far. I love people, plain and simple. Connecting with my clients is one of my greatest joys. Weddings can be stressful and are most definitely a very personal and monumentous day. I want my clients to feel comfortable and at ease and know that they have hired the best in the business to capture their day. Let me take some of the pressure off and know that you are in good and capable hands. More often than not, my clients and I remain in contact. We have spent a great deal of time together and that cultivates a unique bond and friendship. It is my honor to watch my brides and grooms grow and create families of their own.
