Had a great experience using organized chaos. I need help painting my entire upstairs, this included living area, kitchen, stairway, front landing and hallways to bedrooms. It took three days to get it finished. Carrie did a great job of making sure all furniture was covered to lower the risk of paint dripping on anything. The paint job was great!! After the painting was complete she then cleaned the entire house. She worked fast and efficient and didnt need instructions. She was very detailed in the cleaning. All bathrooms were cleaned amazingly, as well as the kitchen. She did everything I had asked for. I was very happy with how the house looked. I highly recommend this company. I am satisfied and would refer them to anyone.

Carrie gave quote over this app, I asked she come to my home to review everything I wanted cleaned to give her an opportunity to understand my expectations and even adjust her price if needed. After she reviewd my home she insisted the price was correct. I wanted a deep clean, this includes a regular clean with added windows scrubbing in basement and floors needed deep cleaned this includes removing small amounts of paint off the floor. My down stairs floors are still covered in a residue even after she indicated she mop it twice. Windows in basement are done well. She did not mop all bedrooms (I have laminate floors) she claims windows were whipped down but window seals still covered in dust. Microwave was not cleaned, back of counters, kitchen sink and faucet were not wiped down. When I asked her about this stuff she said sorry this was an oversight because they spent so much time trying to scrub paint off my floors. She said her rate was $30 an hour and would take 5 hours. She called me after 3 and half hours and said she was finished although still paid $150. Very dissapointed. I feel like I wasted my money and time. She lacks follow through and being thorough. I believe she took on more than she could handle with my request. When I privately told her my dissapointments she did say sorry but lack the empathy or desire tolo make the situation right.

I've worked with all kinds of people from single bachelors to older ones. I really like to alleviate the stress and burden of everyday chores my customers have. I enjoy letting them use their time to do what they enjoy. Even if its just a glass of wine!
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently worked for a family whose mom hurt her back. She is a go-getter and so it was hard for her to hire someone to come in and clean her house, plus they have 2 beautiful dogs that shed. Her house was a deep clean and told her if she needed anything else to call me. To my surprise she called me again to come back!
