- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dependent on 4 factors. The length of the cement, the width of the cement, how many inches it has fallen and how many sides need supported. This allows us to estimate the amount of foam will be needed to complete the work. Mileage is applied when travel is necessary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a lead is formed, you can bet that we will be there to answer questions and receive a free estimate quickly. Most estimates are done the same day that the call is received! Once an estimate is submitted electronically, the customer can simply ask us to move forward. A date is set and the work is done in hours, not days! We will not disrupt your landscape or your busy schedule!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been trained by the company that invented both mudjacking and polyjacking in both seminars as well as privately. We pump about 10 thousand pounds of foam every year.
