I will never shop for carpet the old fashioned way again!! Carpet Genie was incredibly responsive to my initial request, came to my home when it fit my schedule, was professional, friendly & courteous of my time while at my home & the installation process was seamless! From start to finish, I had brand new, quality carpet installed in my home in 3 days! Thank you, Carpet Genie, you helped me pull off my fathers birthday party in style.

I will try to very objective on my review. My initial contact with Many went very good, however, a lot went sour later when installation supposed to happen. Carpet quality appears to be good, no question there, but we can all agree that quality of product can be found anywhere; quality of service, not so much. To me, it is also quality of service that makes a lot of difference overall to have pice of mind that everything will go according to plan. It is there that he failed with me. I called him to confirm our installation schedule a week before and later he called me back 2 days before and everything was ok. Later, the day came up and nobody showed up at the time he told me (9 to 9:30 am) I called him to find out what was going on at about 3 pm and later that afternoon somebody showed up but couldn't start the job because, as I advised at our initial meeting, I had 2 pieces of furniture in the master bedroom. At that time his installer already complained about the miscommunication and some other details. Installation happened next day but not without causing me headaches with another schedule I had for my house. Many promised me different things for them inconvenience which never happened. This guy is not a person of his word. Be careful, he will tell you what you want to hear but my not delivery his promise. If he promise you something, wrote it on stone because later he also will tell you that you that's not what you both talked about. Next time I definitely will go with a different company even if I have to pay more to have a pice of mind

Ivan I must say we did talk about furniture being an an additional charge. You insisted that it would only be two pieces of furniture and you said that you would move them yourself. This was a 3 bedroom carpet job which only takes one installer. Upon his arrival the installer immediately contacted me as he is supposed to. Once I was notified I contacted you and you told me that you and a family member would move the pieces and if we can do the install the next day which we agreed and I made arrangements for you. Then you said you had furniture coming the day we rescheduled and we had to be out by 11 am. So we had to get it done and we did. My installer JD called me at 11:15am and said "it's done " then after we collected the balance you said you had to pay to reschedule the delivery of your furniture $100. Which I agreed to pay for the inconvenience as well. I have yet to see that receipt that shows you had to pay an extra $100 for rescheduling the delivery. Which I will still honor.

We had carpet installed in our stairways and theater room in the basement. Manny came out to our home to write the estimate and brought the samples for us to choose from. He was very professional. No need to leave your house, they bring the samples to you! The installation was scheduled within 24 hours, that alone seems impossible. The installer was out the next day and did a Great job!! The Customer service and professionalism was outstanding!! We highly recommend Carpet Genie of Wichita. Gary & Renee Riley
