The odds were against Ron with our 204sqft living room carpet that had not been cleaned (besides a vacuum) in the 9 years we lived at this house. He made it look great just before pictures were taken for it to go on the market. I will be calling him again!!Mar 16, 2017Verified
Arrived early, took great care to place floor coverings to protect my floors, did a wonderful job and even went the extra mile providing a large fan to reduce drying time and expedite us moving into our new home. I will recommend him to family and friends and will use him again.Mar 23, 2018Verified
Easy to work with and very professional. Great communication and quick, thorough work. Did not over promise and did a great job on a very difficult carpet. Will be calling on him again.Feb 11, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We offer Free estimates in our service area. Our standard pricing for deep steam cleaning is $35 per area. Oversized areas are extra. We have a $60 minimum charge. Extreme pet treatments and scotch guarding cost extra. Our pricing and web specials are available on our website. We also offer commercial cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First we will determine an appointment time convenient to our customer, and then we will pre-inspect the areas with our customer upon arrival. We will explain how we will clean the areas and identify any areas of special concern. We will then vacuum and pre-treat any necessary stains, followed by pre-spraying the areas. Once pre-sprayed, we will agitate areas, and follow with a steam extraction of the areas. Steam cleaning usually takes four to twenty-four hours to completely dry. Times vary based on factors like humidity, temperature, and air flow.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?We started cleaning carpets after having our carpet cleaned by a national carpet cleaning chain. After they rushed through the process, not paying attention to details and not doing a very good job, they wanted to charge us more than the agreed upon price. We knew there had to be a more honest, better way to clean carpets.
