A little about me: - I have a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Wichita State University and am currently getting my Master’s Degree in Nutrition - I have coached volleyball teams for 5 years, been the head strength and conditioning coach for a year at a volleyball club, and worked with the WSU volleyball team for 2 years - I have worked with all Women's athletics at WSU (division 1) as a strength coach - I have been personal training for 4 years. I continue to educate myself to be able to cater to your goals and give you the best coaching possible, whether that be athletic performance, weight loss, or weight gain. Majority of my clients are general population who are looking to get stronger and toned 😊

Miles brown has amazing gifts when it comes to teaching and uplifting people, he helped me train for a jujitsu tournament. I had never trained in jujitsu before and I would recommend miles to anyone who was serious about there health!

I have trained with Miles at Forge fitness for almost a year now. I have dropped from 350lbs. to just below 300 lbs. Additionally just moving around in everyday life and work is now much easier. Many of the previous aches and pains have diminished. The workouts are always challenging and varied which keeps me from getting bored. Overall ot has been a brilliant experience and I do reccommend him to my friends.

I am an older athlete who was getting injured frequently. Miles Brown helped me realize that the problem was due to my improper warm-up. I have always been doing static stretching before exercising. Miles explained to me the benefits of dynamic stretching and showed me how to properly stretch and warm,up before exercising. This has made a huge difference in my training and I have been injury free. I highly recommend Miles Brown and Forge Fitness.
