Quality, promptness, good work ethics and the best value for money you could ask for. Lowest of the quotes of the top movers around and excellent service. Highly recommend them, great teamwork and leadership. All items handled with care, our piano was loaded and unloaded well too. Could not ask for a better result or price point. We would definitely use this mover again and would recommend Xpress movers to family, friends and others.

Xpress was timely, organized, informative before the packing process and during. Romaine and his staff work really great as a team! Customer service was spot on from entering our townhome (home we were moving out of) just to provide a quote. The additional prior meeting allowed both parties to annotate what needed to be packed. These group of staff members were nothing far from professionals. The staff made the move fun for us as the customer. Why is that important? Because so much is going on around the time of move out and move in. They put my husband and I at ease through the entire experience. To the point a piece of wood broke off of our love seat. Romaine called the furniture business and delivered the broken piece the very next morning. Now, I can tell you this doesn’t happen. So without a doubt that shows they care about the happiness of the customer and putting customers need as a priority. We will use this company again in the future if need be. Thank you so much for making our move out and move in process a breeze.

Amazing. Super efficient, professional, and very nice. Had a desk that was damaged during the move and they knocked off the full value of the desk from the total moving price. They insisted in on it and took full responsibility for it. Absolutely amazing movers and I will use them again.
