I go off information provided and from contact with them. Then give an accurate estimate with home depot prices for the cost of supplies, and then fair labor prices according to job
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Im a handyman so i can handle all sorts of different tasks put infront of me. Ive been in property preservation for years, doing home repairs such as simple plumbing to roof repairs, yard maintenance, and cleaning out homes owned by the bank. Ive also done jobs for contactors while working property preservation, we Installed floating floors in homes and apartments, painting, trim work, and drywall. I also have a associates degree in machining, and worked in the field as a cnc operator for 2 years. I can work on vehicles, four wheelers, i can build decks, and lay cement.
