- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
our hourly rate is $90.00 per hour. We have a 1 time trip fee of $55.00 that gets our truck and crew from our office location to the load address and the unload address back to our office. Our hourly rate does not begin until the crew arrives at the home to load the items and ends when the last piece comes off the truck. We have a 1 hour minimum and then prorate our hourly fee every 15 minutes thereafter.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually prefer to do estimates on any moves larger than 3 bedrooms or going across state lines. Any local moves are done based upon estimated items and time estimated to move the items.
