- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With the wide range of services we provide we offer free estimates between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm (CST). We do welcome your call in the attempt to get an estimated price over the phone, schedule a free estimate or to schedule a service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If the service is an emergency, we will dispatch a crew for arrival within one hour of the initial call. In the event the service is not an emergency, we typically schedule a morning or afternoon appointment that is convenient for the prospective client in order to come out to assess and/or diagnose the issue at hand. Once the issue is confirmed we explain what the issue is and the cost associated with the service and/or parts needed to return the property to its original state or as close to it as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We provide services for three industries and carry licenses, certifications and continuing educational classes throughout the year in order to keep them current. Master Plumbing Lic. Master Restorer Lic. General Contractor
