We asked for specific things to be done. Clean all woodwork with Murphy’s oil soap, I had to do it myself. During the day she told me specifically she was doing so. Also specifically stated we were leaving ladders to do the ceilings, never got done. There was still dust all over doors and baseboards. A complete waste of money.
