The customer should know that Clochan Concrete is competitive yet fair and reasonable and will always strive to listen and understand the needs of the customer first and foremost. Pricing will be based on the going market of product and to stay current with material markup and discount of any product offered by vendor
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clochan Concrete when answering a call for a potential new client is to be professional. by introducing the name of your company and by asking for there address and a time that you can meet to give them an estimate. keep your agreed appointment schedule time. Clochan Concrete will offer ideas of design that will best accommodate there needs and at the same time considering the scope of work to be performed and offer alternative ways to fit there budget and cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in the concrete field for the better part of 25 years any and all pics i show i have personally helped facilitate and delivered every aspect from start to finish. I also participated in all schooling both law and trade, complying with all state and federal requirements successfully completing and awarded a State California C-8 contractors license
