Introduction: I have been doing cakes , pies, cookies, for a profession for over thirty years and i have worked from my home and in professional field also . A lot of my dishes are true southern delights made from fifty plus years of family gatherings ,and recipe sharing.
My love of cooking started early when i won blue ribbons, for my biscuits in fourth grade, and i have been cooking ever since. i love mixing things up and coming up with new flavors, and when I smell those cookies , or a cake baking it takes me back to when i was a child at my grandmothers with my mom and her six sisters cooking for a family dinner.

Delicious cake! Fresh and moist not stale like the ones from the store. Best tasting icing I have ever put in my mouth! Great from start to finish.
