- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will first collect information about the home so that I know about any special considerations. Then I will spend 2 hours methodically inspecting the home and organizing my findings so I can walk through the home with the client. This walk through is about a 30 minute period where I will provide solutions for any and all issues that may come up during the inspection. My company policy is to have a fully illustrated report to the client by 9 am the following business day
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 12 years in supervisory positions in both commercial and residential construction. I have built new homes and remodeled several. I also have 3 years of home inspection experience as well as a team of inspectors with 17 years inspecting experience
