Vickie was our realtor for purchasing our new home. She's a straightforward, no nonsense kind of person, and you could tell she was herself from the get go. We needed some very specific things that we knew were going to be hard to find in our budget range. Vickie didn't blow smoke up our rear ends and try to sell us something we didn't want or couldn't afford. Seeing houses was a breeze because she was organized and punctual. She was understanding as well when we just didn't like a place or needed some time to mull it over. Vickie found us or new home quicker than I could have hoped and made putting in an offer extremely easy. The only hiccup we had was the current owners being uneasy about selling due to their own reasons, and even through that she helped us negotiate and settle on our new home. I've had previous realtors and I didn't know as much about buying a house as I do know. She was there for every major hurdle, from offers to inspections, to questions, to reinspections all the way to closing. We lucked out when we found Vickie to be our realtor and I am definitely going to use her in the future.

Victoria did a fantastic job in findind a home for me and my family she was very patient and understanding. She know exactly what we wanted in a home and what we was looking for. Victoria was great to work with, always greeted us with a smile and a hug Not only was she our realtor but she became a great friend as well I couldn't have ask for more.
