- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can give a rough estimate that usually works out but since every tree is different, it is best to look at the job firsthand to give an accurate estimate. ALOT of factors that cannot be ascertained over this platform.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will explain in some detail the take down procedure for each tree and tree parts. Work with them on removing lawn furnishings and movables if that is an issue. If it's a rather "big job" we usually require 1/3 of total at beginning of job to secure and for expenses. Need to determine where underground utilities are located if pertinent to this particular operation (for loading trucks, trailers,etc. )
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
l have over 25 years hands-on training with some of the best tree men on the East coast and they compromise the crew as do some young bucks in training. We run two crews and our crew leaders are Certified arborist with intense accredited training.
