Lee (Aubreu Newman,jr) was very courteous and kept me up to speed by text on his status as far as making it to the service call. On his arrival, he quickly repaired the initial problem (a blocked condensation line) and notified me of a potential additional issue with the system (leaking coils); we both observed where the system was leaking and freezing up. We scheduled a secondary service call and he again showed up on time, this time with additional assistance (his father, who obviously has long term experience in HVAC) to make certain the problem was repaired correctly. Their work was very professional, prompt, and courteous and I believe I received a fair price. I would definitely recommend Aubreu (Lee) Newman, jr and will call him again if I need HVAC work.
