Very satisfied with Ken and his crew! We had several other companies out that seemed very pushy. Ken's price was within a few hundred of the other Estimates, but he took the time to provide several suggestions and seemed very knowledgeable. It's very nerve racking to hand a stranger so much money and trust them with your home. We are extremely appreciative Ken made the process so smooth. Will definitely use him again and hope this review helps others in making the same choice we did.

I was very hesitant about people coming in to my home but I really wanted my laundry room redone. Ken at KWR Services was so friendly and honest. I had three other quotes, all close in price, however, Ken was by far the most professional and honest. All the workers were professional and did a wonderful job. I love my laundry room and would highly recommend this company!!

I have worked closely with KWR Services on more than a half dozen projects in my role as Property Manager for a couple different companies. Projects have included siding, roofing and general framing construction and have always been pleased with quality of work and pricing. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unfortunately every home and homeowner is different. I enjoy meeting with homeowners and talking to them about the project. My goal is to take all your needs and wants and blend them into a perfect design your family will love.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a customer has a idea or desire for a home improvement or commercial project. I enjoy meeting with customers and learning just how they plan to use a project or what purpose will it serve. We can then discuss multiple options , budget , ect. I like to keep everything very relaxed , low pressure.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing home improvement and excavating since I was a child. I enjoy working with highly skilled craftsman. In this business you are constantly learning new skills and trends.
