I was referred to NKI for an inspection on my home. I was very pleased with my choice. My inspector Rob Wells was very knowledgeable and pointed out several things that would not have been noticed. This was a big investment for me and I was glad I choose NKI. If I ever purchase a property again I will always use them.

He was $100 more than the other inspectors, but he by far made up for it! He did a very thorough inspection, including getting on the roof and in the crawl space. He answered all of my questions and went above and beyond in every aspect of the visit. He is very punctual, reliable, and honest. During the inspection I dropped $10 out of my pocket and instead of keeping it for himself, he returned it back to me.
