- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We currently offer three levels of service: Drop off only Priced on a per person basis plus a delivery fee for orders under $500. The food is delivered to your destination ready to be served. For a nominal fee we will include disposable chaffing dishes, chaffing dish fuel and serving utensils. Upgraded Buffet Priced on a per person basis plus a service charge food is delivered to your destination ready to be served. This package includes food served in our stainless steel chaffing dishes, glass bowls and display pieces. This package includes an attendant for up to 4 hours. Private Chef Dinner Party For parties of 25 and under we will provide an in-home chef experience. This package is priced on a per person basis plus a service charge. We will provide a multi course in home dinner party served family style. We provide serving platters, serving ware and everything needed to prepare the food.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a classically trained chef with a degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales. I have over 6 years of professional experience in everything from BBQ to French fine dining. I have had the opportunity to train under some of the best chefs in CT. I have an active Serve Safe certificate and require all staff to have one who works with me.
