- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Call for a free consultation to discuss your case. I handle cases on a contingency fee basis. You will never get a bill for services rendered. You are not required to pay money up front. I cover all case expenses on your behalf. I get paid and get cases expenditures reimbursed if we are successful in settling your case. Otherwise, there is no attorney fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I aggressively pursue injury, wrongful death and malpractice claims for clients injured or killed due to negligence.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my law degree in 1988. I started in the legal field working for top notch law firms until I opened my own office in 2001. I've handled thousands of injury cases.
