- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a new customer agrees with the quoted price, we'll set up a meet and greet. Depending on the requested service, the meet and greet could be at the customer's home or mine. At the meet and greet, we'll answer any questions the customer may have until they are comfortable with leaving their pet in our care. A schedule for service will be set up at that time.
