We had a wonderful experience from the very beginning just scheduling this process. When our chef, Allison arrived, she immediately made us feel like we had been family all along! She was extremely professional, informative and educational while being easy to talk with, answered any questions with superior knowledge and some history, too, which made our cooking lesson fantastic!
