- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Like everyone in this industry, we have a set price that can be tweaked to assist everyone. We offer military, law enforcement, fire/ems, Sr Citizen discounts as well and donate our services to 2 events every year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love people. The great thing about this business is we don't have to upsell. The seasoned DJs will agree with me on this. I follow the same traditional procedure that had been in play for the past 40yrs. Usually it's a phone call. Then it's an email. Then we meet and/or a deposit is given along with any specialty requests (both direction and music). We accept the remainder after we completed our services, the day of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The best kind of training. Trial by error.. I have been a hybrid AV/IT tech, designer, programmer, and Installer since 1999. I was raised by a musician (Drummer turned DJ) and a music teacher/vocal coach.
