my pricing is always fair and reasonable for the job at hand
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I get all the potential customers contact information address city etc Then I ask to get as much info about your project as possible or what service you are interested in Then I will schedule you to your earliest and best convient appointment possible ( I also call day before and when in route to job never will you have a 5 hour window for me or my guys to show up at your property I pride myself in not wasting your whole day waiting to see when I will arrive Lives nowadays are to busy to take hours out of your day just waiting at your house) I communicate all day long with my customers so no time is wasted when not applicable Once I arrive or my partners (EMPLOYEES) We will ask questions and answer any of yours as easily as possible then breakdown what is to be done and do a prilimanry walk through if needed Once that is done the service you need will begin before and issues are addressed you will be informed on time and price estimate so that way you are not caught off guard if approved we will go ahead and fix any issue needed in timely professional manner once finished if you want a full walk thru and explanation of why and how service was done and the final solution will be shown to you in it's proper way I BILL AT COMPLETION OF SERVICE UNLESS AGREED PER ME THE OWNER AGREE TO ADDITIONAL TERMS OTHERWISE YOU WILL IMMEDIATELY RECEIVE A INVOICE FOR YOUR JOB if any additional appointment is needed you will be contacted in timely manner to reschedule!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 25 years experience in the roofing industry plus my many years in general construction also I yearly attend gaf seminar and to do workshops and the roofing associations conference so I can stay ahead of the forever growing construction industry and new products I also enjoy networking at these place and act like a sponge and absorbe as much as possible I truly believe if you stop trying to learn more everyday you are not taking your buisness seriously
