- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am a reasonable person, my prices are negotiable because I know how it is. sometimes we may not have enough but really need it done, and maybe another time you maybe able to tip. I understand, it's called life. God has been good to be and if I can help someone then I will. if you aren't satisfied with my work, well then it's free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want you to feel comfortable, relax and know that your home, or office is in very good hands. you can let me know how you like it done, or just show me what needs to be done and I'm on it. when I'm done I will ask you to take a look and make sure it's done to your satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I move rugs, move furniture, pick up and clean under. I clean under the toliets, behind the sinks, and pull out the stove and refrigerator. I shake the rugs or vacuum them. clean Windows and wipe down doors. I do laundry and cook. I am well experienced and know what to do and how to get it done
