My husband and I were very fortunate to 'find' Jonathan when we were in the market for a home in Kure Beach. We were living in VA at the time and traveling to KB over the weekends to home search. Jonathan was always very attentive of our needs and likes and dislikes and went overboard to accommodate our home hunting schedule. I'm sure he had other things to do on the weekend, but he was always there for us. He quickly comprehended what we were looking for in a home and was extremely helpful in all matters of house hunting. Jonathan always went the extra mile to assist us in any way possible. I called Johnathan in April 2014 looking to purchase my first house in a newly developed neighborhood in Sneads Ferry. I called him while I was still living in California and would not be moving to North Carolina until mid October. Nonetheless, even by doing everything electronically and over the phone everything went excellent from start to finish. I would use him again without a doubt.

Jonathan is absolutely the best agent we have ever worked with! We have bought and sold many houses over the years and no one is even close to him in regards to follow up, listening to our needs, and taking care of every detail. My wife and i relocated from Southern California not knowing really anyone from the wilmington area.We were so pleasantly surprised to be connected to jonathon. We took a shot off the web and found our angel of reality. He took us step by step through the home buying process without absolutely no pressure or anioxty. We can honestly say we met a stranger who became our friend being from los angeles and dealing with selling and buying our home ,Jonathan was definitely our bright spot during that process. .
