I was interested vinyl flooring, so I reached out to Todd, he can came over and gave me a quote it was a very reasonable quote so my wife and I went with it. Todd started the project and it was a 3 day project, he keep me updated with everything he did just great work ethic, he did everything himself and I was very impressed with how fast he got he was moving. I 100% recommend him to anyone that is looking for new flooring.

Todd was very responsive, communicative, prepared, and knowledgeable when he came to do the estimate. The installed LVP floors look great and he was clean and efficient with the project. He also refinished our beat up pine stairs; they ended up looking amazing, with deep color and character after he was done. Priced competitively, but not at the bottom; we couldn’t be more pleased with the results and the value he provided. He clearly cares about his work and communicated with us when he thought he may not be able to get an element of the job “perfect” to his standards (he did in the end though).

Todd and Will were amazing! They did EVERYTHING quickly and professionally from helping me pick out my flooring to match other flooring, ordering the quality LVP flooring at a reasonable price and arranging for quick delivery, moving A LOT of disorganized furniture in every room in my upstairs, tearing out gross carpet, arriving on time everyday with a smile, and finishing ahead of schedule. I cannot recommend HenRo (dba Faith Full Flooring) enough! Bonus, Todd, the owner does the work himself and takes pride in the job!

I’m typically the estimate “right in the middle”.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to hear what they have to say about their flooring project i.e., what products they are interested in, what rooms they want done, what type of budget they are working with, etc. Then I find out when I can come and do a free estimate. At the estimate I give them a cost of labor figure and either bring some samples or tell them where they can look at the particular product they are interested in.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years hands on experience; at least 2,000 qualified flooring installations (so many I lost track); thousands of estimates
