I called on Eddie to help re-insulate an attic. He was quick to respond and gave me a very competitive bid. While on site, Eddie discovered a whole colony of bats in the attic. I am grateful to Eddie for his honesty and professionalism. My home is quite a distance for him, he came, called with an ETA, was punctual, and review my situation. He inspected, explained my insulation was adequate, and thought the problem may be HVAC, which it was and easily remedied by turning a baffle. Would have been easy for him to take advantage, but he did not. Although I can not rate his workmanship since he did not need to do any I can definitely rate his character, and it is remarkable.
