The products we sell and provide installation services for are: Residential and Commercial - Home Theater (audio/video/automation/theater design) Security - (hard wired and wireless security/lighting/automation) Video Surveillance- (hard wired and wireless camera systems; local and cloud based backup; from 4 channel up to 512 channels) We are authorized dealers for Sony, Honeywell, Samsung, LG, Dahua, Ring, Denon, Proficient Audio, Adept Audio, and many more. What started as a hobby back in the summer of 1989 turned into an obsession and i never looked back. I love the look on a clients face when their vision is made real. I absolutely love when my customers call me to tell me how the camera system i just installed caught a burglar or how their home theater sounds so realistic, and made them "jump".

Unlike other companies in this business, nothing is set in stone. I prefer to charge a flat rate for most jobs. It takes care of my needs and doesn't break my customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with my client, discuss their wants / needs, view the property or vehicle, produce a design which will make them happy then go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over twenty-eight years combined experience in the residential / commercial audio, video, security and surveillance industry. Started as an installer of mobile electronics in the late '80s.
