- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unlike other companies in this business, nothing is set in stone. I prefer to charge a flat rate for most jobs. It takes care of my needs and doesn't break my customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with my client, discuss their wants / needs, view the property or vehicle, produce a design which will make them happy then go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over twenty-eight years combined experience in the residential / commercial audio, video, security and surveillance industry. Started as an installer of mobile electronics in the late '80s.
