- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing for our moves are very standard when it comes to how many crew members are needed to complete the job. If there is a gun safe or if boxes or supplies are needing to be brought to you prior to your move, then other charges for those thing will be brought to customers attention before the job is booked.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?After an appointment is booked, we contact our customer and find out if there is anything needed to help make their move less stressful, as well as the time and place to where they want us to be. All this is done the day we book the job. Then we contact to confirm with the customer the night prior to the move to let them know we are ready to go. That morning we text or call our customer to give them an estimated time of arrival to keep them informed that we are on our way to them at the prior specified time, or earlier then anticipated.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?10 years plus of moving. Crews are trained in every aspect of the moving field. Training is a huge importance to insure safety of not only your belongings, but to insure each crew member is safe at all times.
