- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Today, my hourly rate is $140 for session work. NOTE: I do NOT take insurance. My fees for corporate consulting range from $3500/day for a custom seminar or retreat to $40,000 for a key note speech or corporate tour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We begin at the beginning. And if a prospective client wishes to have a complimentary 15-minute chat on the phone so I can answer any questions they may have before we meet face to face, I invite them to do so. Then, we begin at the beginning, just as in my book, in private conversation that always has a direction and life of its own, along with proven proprietary materials and worksheets, such as "What's Keep You Awake at Night," as we begin to explore many complex issues that come up, including trust, respect, choice, power, control, and boundaries. Every client has a unique journey. I'm skilled at supporting and allowing that journey to unfold as it's meant to evolve on a positive and productive road.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a BA in Humanities from Case Western Reserve, and a 2009 MFA in Screenwriting from the American Film Institute. I've been a professional writer for forty years, and as a communication and marketing executive, having created my first national branding campaign at the age of twenty, the work has evolved into an original philosophical area of thought focused on personal choices and values.
