- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A consultation provides an opportunity for you to discuss your organizing needs and allows you to become more familiar with how I can help you. This allows me to develop a customized plan of action and estimate the cost to address your organizational needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been organizing as long as I can remember. I find it not only interesting but also relaxing. I have a BS in Business Administration, ten years experience in the corporate world as a consultant/project manager, and eight years experience as a small business owner. As a consultant in the corporate world, my clients and projects were varied and each and every project required a high level of detail and organization to be successful. Those years helped me fine tune my organizing skills. I left the corporate world when my son was born and I simply applied my organizing skills to managing my household. My friends and family often ask how I manage to run such an efficient household. Let me tell you a secret, it's easy when it's organized! I have studied numerous organizing theories and use a combination of American and Japanese organizing styles. I am a proud member of the National Organization of Professional Organizers and the Association of Daily Money Managers. In my spare time, I like to organize! Really.
