Brandon was the perfect choice to inspect the house we're buying. He arrived a bit early to get ahead of the rain but ended up having to stay later because our realtor was late. He was easygoing, very professional, accommodating with our needs and thorough! And when he found out he didn't need to do a wind mit, he adjusted the price! Highly recommend!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was building homes and saw that some builders were starting to use cheap materials and do shabby work. My friends started asking me to come and look at houses for them before they made offers. I decided I really enjoyed helping people make informed decisions.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask how long an inspection usually takes. If it's less than 2 hours be worried. A thorough inspection is 2-3 hours.
