- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services are a sliding scale model, which analyzes the difficulty of each case to determine a reasonable fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer free consultations for clients on legal matters. After my initial consultation, I invite my clients to spend some time thinking about the pros and cons of engaging in a course of legal action. Rushing to a lawsuit is never ag ood idea.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the College of William and Mary School of Law in 2013. Since that time, I have received training as a Guardian ad Litem for both Incapacitated Adults and Juveniles, Court Appointed Counsel for indigent defendants, and regularly attend CLEs in Business and Family Law.
