- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all a price offer is made. If the customer agrees with that, I send a written agreement that must be signed before the inspection is performed. The report is delivered 24 to 48 hours after the inspection and payment received.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Engineer and attended the ASHI School for the Home Inspector Course. The ASHI School is the most traditional and trusted Home Inspector School in USA.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
To check if the provider is licensed at Florida State.
