Olaya organized my surprise bachelorette party last September and I can honestly say it was one of the best days of my life! She planned everything to perfection and thought about every single detail. From the transportation to the wine and food and even the personalized napkins! It was about 15 of us and we started the evening by getting on a party bus that took us from West LA to a beautiful winery in Malibu. We had a blast on the bus but that was just the start. We arrived to the winery and the restaurant had our table already set up with a few bottles of wine and food. The pink straws, napkins and all the decoration was the icing on the cake. Everything looked amazing and I was so impressed at how Olaya was able to handle all the preparations and details. We played some fun bachelorette games, I opened some of the sexy gifts from my friends, and after a few glasses of wine we were all dancing and singing with the live band! The party bus got us happily and safely back home after an amazing night. Do not hesitate to ask Olaya to organize any social event, wedding or party for you. She’s organized, reliable and will answer all of your questions promptly and alleviate all your concerns. I highly recommend her.

Thanks to Olaya for planning our beautiful baby shower of first daughter Natalie. Olaya made the whole process fun and easy it was hands down the best decision since at that time we were so busy with work and getting everything ready for our little angel to arrived. I love that she treated our event like with was her own and put a lot of emphasis on little details like our beautiful flower centerpiece she created with her own hands and I still keep on my balcony as wonderful memory of that afternoon. Olaya also took the time to go with me to the location and found the perfect place. She made and send the invitations via email, arranged all the catering, decorations and games for the baby shower. Also during the whole event she was there making sure everyone was fine and having a good time. I'll always be for ever thankful. We had a magical afternoon with family and friends. Thank you so much and I'll will definitely book my next event with you.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pre- Wedding parties (Bridal Shower, Bachelorette, Engagement Party) - $25 an hour. Wedding Consulting ( getting you started) - $50 (2 hours session). Wedding Day of Coordination (entire event $600) - Wedding Full/Partial Planning please contact me for price. Booking venue only $50-$75 (destination wedding/anniversary)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet my customers and explain my services. Then I like to chat with them about their ideas and vision. Once they tell me what they want we can start talking about options and start the planning process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in arts and design, hospitality and event management, business management , and in the process of completing a wedding and events certification.
